New warranty portal
On the 23rd of March 2026, we will introduce a new warranty portal for creating and managing warranty and guarantee claims.
You will find access as usual in the dealer section of our homepage.
Please note the following significant changes in this regard:
- Registration requirement
From now on, all machines must be registered on the portal upon delivery to the end customer. - Coordination in the event of major warranty claims
Repairs under warranty with an estimated cost of more than €1,500 must be agreed with ERO Service before they are carried out. The current warranty conditions apply. - Handling of old parts
In future, old parts from warranty claims will no longer be reclaimed from ERO as a matter of principle. We will decide on the further course of action on a case-by-case basis.
